We are a full-service HUBZone certified Design-Build Class A General Contractor located at 804 Industrial Ave. in Chesapeake, VA. We self-perform demolition, carpentry, concrete, drywall, painting, general labor and continuous and final cleaning on most of our projects to ensure competitiveness.
Currently bonded to 6M/12M we have completed over 300 projects since our inception in 2002 including (5) IDIQ contracts attributable to nearly half our work completed to date (115 task orders issued and completed and counting at the time of this writing).
We have over 100 combined years of Government (DOD) construction experience and we have an Architectural Draftsmen and Structural Engineer (P.E.) and Former NAVFAC Supervisory General Engineer / Construction Area Manager on staff.
Our customers include: Smithsonian Institution, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, U.S. Airforce, Department of the Navy, City of: Norfolk, Virginia Beach, Portsmouth Hampton, Newport News
