Rich Moe Enterprises, LLC (RME), located in Upper Marlboro, Maryland, an MDOT approved Minority Business Enterprise, was established in 1995 and incorporated in 2001. RME is 100% owned and operated by Richie Mohammed a graduate of Howard University. With a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, Mr. Mohammed has over 33 years of construction experience and brings a wealth of professional skills and knowledge acquired from his work experience. He has managed projects as an employee of Howard University Engineering and Facilities department, and managed Subcontractors for high profile projects as the construction of the Ravens Football Stadium, and the Comcast Maryland University Stadium.

Since 2001, Rich Moe Enterprises, have been providing Subcontracting, Design Build and General Construction services for the Federal, State and County Governments. Some project types include renovation of Offices, Classrooms, Laboratories, Educational, and Institutional projects.
