International Graphic Services (IGS) has been in the book publishing support business since 1987. This means we help publishers get their books ready for readers. Initially, our main service was typesetting, which is the arrangement of text on the page. Over the years, we’ve expanded to offer services like copy editing (checking for errors), e-book production (creating digital versions), document scanning, and optical character recognition (OCR), which turns scanned text into editable text. We were among the first in the industry to use digital page layout, electronic editing, and offer the competitive pricing model we see today.
