This notice is issued to conduct market research to identify qualified sources with the technical expertise, capabilities, and experience to provide comprehensive architecture, interior design, and related engineering services. - Specialized Architectural Design: Design of secure R&D laboratories with specific HVAC, vibration isolation, and ESD mitigation requirements; high-bay manufacturing facilities with overhead crane integration; hardened mission-critical data centers; and secure collaboration hubs for engineering teams.
- Interior Design & Workplace Strategy: Development of adaptive work environments for a hybrid workforce; interior design reflecting organizational identity through materials and environmental branding; ergonomic design for engineering tasks; and development of custom environmental graphics and donor recognition walls.
- Comprehensive Project Delivery: Master planning and feasibility studies; adaptive reuse of facilities; sustainable and resilient design integration; and proven track record navigating complex regulatory environments for defense-related facilities.
