Your application to gain membership to the US Small Business Chamber of Commerce and the associated USSB-Certification has been received and is currently under review. Upon acceptance of the application, we will contact you with your Welcome Letter. The Welcome Letter will be sent to the email address you used in your application; this email address will also be initially the primary point of contact for your company to the US Small Business Chamber of Commerce. Please, do not expect the Welcome Letter to go to any other email address other than the one you utilized to fill out the application.
The Welcome Letter will include your login credentials to the Member Portal as well as your USSB-Certification emblem.
Note, this process can take up to two business days, but normally, it is much faster (often, within a few hours). If you have no received your Welcome Letter within two business days:
- Check your spam folder.
- Contact us directly as administrator@ussbchamber.org.
Should there be an issue in accepting your firm -- i.e., your company has been determined not to be a small business, improper application processing, etc -- your funds will be refunded to you as soon as possible if different avenues are not applicable.
Fees for companies accepted into and certified by the US Small Business Chamber of Commerce are non-refundable.
