Scraphouse has successfully launched the Scuffle Duffle, a structured and highly organized gym and fight bag, through a public crowdfunding campaign on Kickstarter. The campaign reached its initial funding goal within the first hour of launch and surpassed 350% funding within the first 24 hours, reflecting strong early demand and market interest.
Henney Design supported Scraphouse during the product design and development process leading up to the campaign. The work focused on translating functional requirements into a production ready soft goods design, addressing organization, durability, and usability for athletes and everyday users. Development efforts included early concept work, design refinement and coordination with manufacturing partners to ensure readiness for scaled production.
The rapid funding performance of the Scuffle Duffle campaign validated both the product concept and execution, positioning Scraphouse to move forward with manufacturing and fulfillment. The campaign’s early momentum demonstrated effective alignment between product design, market need, and launch strategy.
