Shanell & BC Properties LLC was established in the year 2000, and we expanded our services in the year 2005 to include janitorial and landscaping services. We are a small business, family-owned and operated, woman-owned, veteran owned, disabled veteran owned, and minority owned. We also provide housing, temporary and emergency shelter, janitorial services, landscaping and groundskeeping, and other related services to our clients. We have provided housing services for homeless veterans, disabled persons and families. We provide other services such as property rehabbing and remodeling, house preservation, house maintenance and building cleaning.
