The earned promotions contribute to the agency’s record team growth of 50 percent since 2020
Hoffmann Murtaugh, Pittsburgh’s largest media-only agency, announces the promotion of five core team members to leadership positions. The promotions come as a direct result of growth and success for Hoffmann Murtaugh and its clients. The fully remote integrated media agency recently reported the largest percent increase within its team coming out of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The most recent Hoffmann Murtaugh promotions are Christina Bellissimo and Amanda Wetick, both of whom have played an integral part in Hoffmann Murtaugh’s success for the past five years. Bellissimo’s promotion to Account Management/Planning Supervisor positions the veteran to lead and maintain collaborative, productive relationships with both clients and team members to best execute media plans and researched-based strategies, aligning with a client’s business and marketing goals. In Wetick’s new role of Media Buying Supervisor, she oversees the traditional buying process from activation to reporting and organizes the team’s deliverables to ensure deadlines and goals are reached.
At the beginning of 2021, Hoffmann Murtaugh promoted Karl Christmann and Melissa Wilson within their respective departments. Christmann, newly appointed Digital Media Supervisor, executes many of Hoffmann Murtaugh’s digital campaigns, including programmatic display, programmatic video, CTV/OTT, native, programmatic audio/podcasts, and geofencing. He also trains digital buyers within the industry to support their knowledge base in the everchanging digital landscape. Wilson, a nine-year Hoffmann Murtaugh media professional, stepped into her new role as Director of Media Activation this past January. She leads the media activation team using cross-channel tactics catered to clients’ KPIs while adhering to industry trends and agency best practices.
The initial appointed team member of the recent Hoffmann Murtaugh promotions comes from Media Director Aimee Brown. Brown has been with Hoffmann Murtaugh for the past nine years and has only grown in her passion for turning media data into meaningful insights to support brand growth. In her latest role, she combines her agency background with experience in data analysis to oversee all media planning research and strategy for the integrated media agency. A core piece in Hoffmann Murtaugh’s history, Brown ensures success for her clients and team members through her passion for the industry and the Hoffmann Murtaugh agency.
“Every single person working on the Hoffmann Murtaugh team has something of value to add to the overall success of our agency,” said Shea Murtaugh, Hoffmann Murtaugh’s Founder and President. “However, these five team members, in particular, have watched this agency grow from the ground up. I am grateful to have their continued support for so long and look forward to working alongside one another as we continue this journey hand in hand.”
