We are a group of highly trained meeting planners providing all phases of event management and logistical support services for projects ranging from small committee meetings to large conferences for thousands of attendees. Because managing information and people efficiently is key to successful events, we use a proprietary, web based, integrated, online registration and back office tracking and control system to enable flawless project implementation. We maintain relationships with graphic/web designers, hotels, audiovisual companies, writers, etc. to ensure a seamless meeting production team.
