W4 Construction Group LLC adds Service Contract at Richard L. Roudebush VAMC, Indianapolis VA Medical Center to Company Offerings

The Department of Veterans Affairs has awarded W4 Construction Group (W4CG) a multi-year Service contract for Interior/Exterior Window Washing at the Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center located in Indianapolis, IN. The award date was September 15, 2015 for an initial cost of $99,460.13. The Service Contract is for multiple facilities throughout the VA Center complex. The VA Medical Center main facility is located at 1410 West 10th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46202

"This Service Contract shows the vast diversity of W4CG Company and our employees. This project is challenging to us since it is such an important facility for our large veteran population in that area, thus it is an extremely busy location. Our ability and flexibility to work with the facility staff to ensure the veterans and their families have access at all times was one of the requirements. Because we have established such a great relationship with the staff, we have been successful in keeping full access to the facility. Another challenge we had to conquer was the nature of the VA facility and protection of employees and clients; all W4CG employees and our sub-contractors had to pass a security background check, receive identification badges and go through the VA training requirements to work at the facility.
W4 strives to continue to add to our company, so that we are able to offer our customers a diversity of services to include but not limited to All Phases of Construction to include Design-Build, Maintenance, Facility Services, and marine construction. Our diverse contracts with our clients shows how dedicated we are to the future of our company and to satisfy the needs of our clients."
This multi-year contract with the VA includes the following Services:
• Yearly exterior Window cleaning of multiple facilities on site
• Additional Chemical cleaning of exterior windows due to many years of non-maintenance
• Monthly cleaning of interior windows of multiple facilities on site.
Throughout the life of this contract because of the increasing volume of employees and clients, W4 will continue it positive relationship with the VA staff to coordinate access areas of the facility.
