COGAR Awarded Army National Guard (ARNG) Building Services IV Contract in Arlington, VA

The COGAR Group, Ltd. (COGAR), a leading professional management and security and protection services firm, is pleased to announce the award of a subcontract by NikSoft Systems Corporation (NikSoft) [www.niksoft.com] for the Building Services IV contract through the Army National Guard (ARNG).

COGAR personnel provide functional area specialist resources to support the ARNG to carry out complex data analysis, contract records, and quality assurance within the General Funds Enterprise Business System (GFEBS). COGAR personnel work with government IT representatives regarding the utilization of the Information Management Operations – Business (IMO-B) Support. COGAR has a longstanding relationship with the Army National Guard, and was the previous incumbent on this project. COGAR is very excited to work alongside NikSoft for this professional services effort and is honored to have been considered for award.

This contract was awarded to NikSoft through an 8(a) set aside via GSA's One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services (OASIS) selection process. COGAR was selected as the best qualified subcontractor for this opportunity. Our team has successfully transitioned and started this contract on March 27, 2017.
