MuniRem Environmental, LLC Receives GLOBE Award from Georgia Department of Economic Development

MuniRem Environmental, LLC the leading provider of innovative chemical solutions for safe and near instant neutralization of explosives, received a 2017 GLOBE (Georgia Launching Opportunities by Exporting) Award from The International Trade Division of the Georgia Department of Economic Development for its business expansion into Africa, Middle East, Australia and South-East Asia.
The GLOBE award recognizes Georgia companies for achieving entry into new international markets. The annual reception, hosted by the Georgia Department of Economic Development, took place this year on March 14 at the Atlanta History Center. Gov. Nathan Deal presented the awards to the 24 Georgia-based companies being recognized.
"The Go Global event highlights innovative businesses and the enormous impact trade has on Georgia's economy, while providing industry leaders an opportunity to network and strengthen relationships with international partners," said Deal. "These businesses contribute heavily to Georgia's success in exports and significantly bolster the state's economy by reaching new markets."
