Special Inspections LLC follows the program outlined by the Model Program for Special Inspection based on the 2009 IBC Chapter 17®. As the special inspector, we are directed to follow the most current, approved and stamped job site plans and specifications relevant to the project. We acknowledge the requirements of the special inspection program and am aware of the qualifications that are essential for the Special Inspector. Currently, with many years in experience, we retain the code knowledge, plan reading competency, experience, and performance standards that are needed to successfully develop and perform relevant inspections during the stages of construction for your projects. Our focuses are to assist construction personnel in ensuring that all construction requiring Special Inspections on projects are constructed to applicable codes and to the approved plans and specifications.
